Q: I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?

A: Yes. Our contact information is listed in several places on our website.  You can also Google for the manufacturer contact to get product answers.

Q: How do I return a defective product?

Q: What payment options do I have?

A: You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Q: What are my shipping options?

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. You can check your order status by going to the website of the carrier and entering the tracking number we email to you.

Q: Why isn't my state/country/province listed; do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we ship to the U.S. and Canada

Q: I'm a wholesaler/retailer; can I buy from you in bulk?

A: Maybe, Some items we carry a larger stock of then others if you are interested in purchasing an item in bulk you can contact us and let us know how many you are looking for, if we can fill the order we will let you know.
