"I have no complaints about Microsoft Office 2010 per se, but was frustrated in the difficulty I had in obtaining good information from Microsoft on older versions of their products. In a perfect world, everyone would have the same, up-to-date version of everything, but to match what my kids were used to in school I needed to buy Office 2010 instead of Office 2013. Software makers need to balance their desire for new revenue with support for past customers."
